LEGAL RULES AND REGULATIONS RAFFLE ROUTE OF THE RATTLESNAKE

 

1.-COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION

The company El sueño de las Alforjas S.L., located at C/ Manuel Cadenas S/N. Valdevimbre-León, is organizing a local sweepstakes, to be held through various establishments throughout the city of León and its social networks, aimed at the public of León. The purpose of this sweepstakes is to publicize the company’s ecologically and sustainably produced wines.

 

2.-START AND END DATES

The promotion will start on July 1, 2023 and will end on September 30, 2023. The company reserves the right to cancel or terminate in advance the development of the route due to force majeure.

 

3.-PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The requirements for participation will be the following: -General participation in the contest will be open to all those persons of legal age to consume alcohol. -In the draw for the dinner for two on Instagram, participants who are holders of an Instagram account will be able to participate. -Participants may only participate with a single Instagram profile. If a participant is found to be participating with multiple profiles, he/she will be disqualified.

 

Mechanics of the promotion:

– Wine boxes; Each consumer can choose a number from 1 to 96 for each glass on the cards present in each bar along the route. A box must be completed with the consumer’s name and a telephone number. When a card is completed (96 drinks), a drawing will be held for a case of three bottles of wine. It is necessary to check the box “I accept the conditions” referring to the acceptance of all the rules explained in this text.

 

– 6 meals for two people; At the end of the route, on August 31, 2023, there will be another drawing for six meals for two people at the restaurant La Cueva del Cura (Valdevimbre) among all the cards of all the participating bars. Each bar is assigned a number. Six numbers will be chosen at random and by means of a public raffle, which will be used to draw a meal among the participants of the cards they have in their possession. Each card must have a number. One of the numbers will be chosen at random. Among the participants of that card, the meal for two will be drawn. Only complete cards will be entered into the drawing. That is to say, all the complete boxes from 1 to 96 (both inclusive).

 

– Meal for two Instagram photo; Each participant can upload a photo to Instagram. The photo that accumulates the most likes on September 30 will win a meal for two at La Cueva del cura restaurant. It is necessary to tag the winery @elsuenodlasalforjas to keep count of the participating photos or include the hashtag #larutadelcacabel. Likewise, on the day of the raffle, it will be verified that the participant’s data in the Instagram raffle corresponds to the participant’s data on a card. It is important to remember where the photo was taken to facilitate identification.

 

 

4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

The winners will be chosen through a public draw by choosing random numbers from 1 to 96, either at the venues themselves, or if for reasons beyond the organization’s control it is not possible, through a live Instagram account. The winners will be notified by phone the same day of the draw and will be published weekly through our Instagram stories. In case of not being able to contact, they will be sent a private message so that they can contact the company and proceed to redeem the prize. The prizes will consist of; a case of three wines (young white, young red and crianza red) for every 96 participations in each location. Six meals for two people at the end of the route among all participating bars. One meal for two people from among all the people who have participated during the summer through Instagram. To book meals it is necessary to book at least 3 days in advance. Meals will be redeemable until December 15, 2023. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Meals can be exchanged for 1 case of wine.

 

5.-DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements of the rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this promotion. The company reserves the right to eliminate from the sweepstakes those persons who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the sweepstakes.

 

6.-PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

We will not be responsible for any damage caused by comments made by participants in the promotion, which at any time may offend the sensibilities of other participants. The participation in this promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the participants in the publications may not violate under any circumstances the community rules of Instagram or the conditions of its terms of use.

 

7.-EXONERATION OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

 

8.-PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), I am informed that my personal data will be processed under the responsibility of EL SUEÑO DE LAS ALFORJAS, S.L. to participate in the raffle / contest as necessary for the maintenance of the contractual relationship involved, and to publish my data (name and surname) in case I am the winner of the same in the media, by obtaining my prior consent. The data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purposes of treatment or as long as there are legal requirements that dictate their custody. The data will not be communicated to third parties without your consent. I am also informed that I have the right to revoke my consent at any time and to exercise my rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion of my data, and those of limitation and opposition to processing by contacting me at C/Manuel Cadenas, S/N – 24230 Valdevimbre (León).

9.-CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms and conditions, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the participants in the promotion. The mere fact of participating in the sweepstakes implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases.
